Currently CHI St. Joseph Children’s Health is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Visual Arts and Fiber Arts teacher at the Mary Francis Bachmann School. Our educational philosophy embraces a Waldorf-inspired curriculum where teachers, students and their families form meaningful relationships over multiple years of engagement, learning, discovery and development together.

This unique teaching opportunity will join the faculty officially opening the Mary Francis Bachmann School at the newly renovated campus on the grounds of the former Dominican Monastery in Manheim Township, Lancaster County with the start of the 25-26 school year. The Visual Arts and Fiber Arts Teacher position is a full-time, year-round role with a start date in August 2025.

The St. John Neumann School for Children and Families was envisioned as an opportunity for a health organization to re-imagine what childcare and early childhood education could be. The results will be empowering to the families, and energizing to teachers and staff as we create educational experiences that empower children and families to believe they can lead happy, healthy lives.
