Community Initiatives Grants

As a part of our on-going ministry to improve the health of children in need within Lancaster County, CHI St. Joseph Children’s Health strategically partners with nonprofit organizations with similar commitments to the health of Lancaster County children to provide financial investments to support programs and services that result in the positive behavior and systemic changes necessary for good health.

CHI St. Joseph Children’s Health’s grant-making focuses in six strategic areas impacting the lives of children:

Community Initiatives Grants are issued multiple times throughout the year and are awarded through a competitive application process. Grants are project specific and results focused. CHI St. Joseph Children’s Health does not provide general operating support nor can grants from CHI St. Joseph Children’s Health support capital projects or endowment campaigns.
