CHI St. Joseph Children’s Health is thrilled to announce that GRAMMY Winner Sara Bareilles will be joining us in Lancaster for a special Concert and Conversation as a part of our Community Conversation Series.
Date: Saturday, October 19, 2024
Doors Open: 5:30PM (VIP & Conversation), 7:00PM (Concert)
Venue: Lancaster County Convention Center (25 S. Queen St, Lancaster)
All proceeds benefit the programs and services of CHI St. Joseph Children’s Health.

In an exclusive appearance in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Grammy Award Winner Sara Bareilles joins CHI St. Joseph Children’s Health for a unique Concert and Conversation Event at the Lancaster County Convention Center.

VIP Ticket holders receive admission to a pre-conference conversation moderated by CHI St. Joseph Children’s Health President Phil Goropoulos during which Ms.Bareilles and Mr. Goropoulos will explore her career and thoughts on healthier communities. Admission for the Conversation will open at 5:30PM. The Conversation begins at 6:00PM.

For all other ticket holders, the doors at Freedom Hall open for the concert at 7PM with Sara taking the stage at 8PM.

About the artist:

Sara Bareilles has received three Tony® Award nominations — most recently in 2023 for her performance as ‘The Baker’s Wife’ in Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s Into the Woods — three Primetime Emmy® Award nominations and nine GRAMMY® Award nominations, garnering a 2020 GRAMMY in the category of Best American Roots Performance for her song “Saint Honesty” and a 2023 GRAMMY for Best Musical Theater Album for Into the Woods. On Broadway, she composed music and lyrics for Waitress, and stepped into the lead role both on Broadway and in the West End. Other musical theater credits include a song on the Tony Award-nominated score for SpongeBob SquarePants and Emmy Award-nominated appearance as Mary Magdalene in NBC’s “Jesus Christ Superstar Live.” Bareilles produced original music and executive-produced the musical drama series “Little Voice,” teaming up with Jessie Nelson, J.J. Abrams and Apple. She also plays Dawn Solano on the Emmy-nominated musical comedy series “Girls5eva” now on Netflix.
