Kristy joined the CHI St. Joseph Children’s Health team as the Director of Development in 2020. She came to the team with an eclectic professional background including fundraising, higher education leadership, and service provision in the human services. In all of her experiences, Kristy has found the common and essential thread of providing service and opportunity to others.
Prior to joining our team, Kristy served as Director of Development for Horizons at Lancaster Country Day School, worked in grateful patient fundraising at Penn State Health, and served as Director of Annual Giving with the University of Northern Colorado. She spent the first several years of her career working in the behavioral health and social services, and later moved into higher education. She earned her MSW degree from Binghamton University and her BA in Psychology from Lock Haven University.
Kristy was born and raised in rural northeastern PA and lived in the southern tier of NYS before moving to Colorado in 2012. Kristy, her husband, their son Harvey, and corgi Willow, made the decision to come back east and make Lancaster their home in 2018.
