Lindsey Baker, MA, LPC has been working in the mental health field for the past 5 years. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Clinical Psychology from Penn State University and has completed a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Counseling from Messiah College. Lindsey became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2018. Prior experience includes individual outpatient therapy with children, adolescents, and adults, including family and play therapy. Additionally, Lindsey has spent the last 2 years providing psychological assessments in order for children and adolescents to receive more intensive mental health treatment through Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS). Professional interests include trauma across the lifespan, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and working with children and families.
Lindsey was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania but spent 12 years between New Orleans and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She enjoys the outdoors, spending time with friends and family, reading, painting, and watching sports.
